All activities are fully supervised by qualified instructors. Mandatory safety briefings before every session. All equipment provided and maintained to the highest standard. Activities comply with national adventure sports safety regulations.

Who Can Attend

Open to all adults aged 18+. No prior experience needed — our instructors guide you from the very first step. All fitness levels welcome. Transport to and from all activities is included in the price — we pick up and drop off at CAMP VC. Please get in touch before booking with any accessibility requirements.
